Lubbock is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Lubbock follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Should have read the reviews - paid $92 to have something delivered - they called and told me it was too far and begged me to cancel. When I did, they said they would refund me. Had to call numerous times to get them to do that, and when they did it was only for $82. Called them numerous times to get the extra $10 and finally got a call back telling me they β€œcouldn’t refund tips”. Tip for what? Nothing was ever delivered. They offered me a $10 credit so β€œmaybe you could get a fruit cup or something?”. I had to take it up with my bank. They’ll just take your money, cancel the order, then refund you a part of it. Stealing at its finest!

Twice we have tried to order from there and both times we ordered a plushie, only for them to call and say they "just sold the last one!" Please stop offering item you do not have. Also the first time I picked up an order from there, they forgot half of my order.

There are so many bad reviews. They need a good one. I did order for a delivery on the day before Mother's Day, but it didn't happen. Didn't care as long as it made it on Mother's day for my sister in another state, and it did! All berries were fresh! No mold. Cookies were "some of the best cookies I have ever had" per my sister's review! Thank you to the team in Lubbock for making my sister's Mother's Day great!

I had the best experience placing an order from out of state for delivery in Lubbock, TX today! Jacob was super helpful with my 'last minute' order and provided expert and personable service. Within a couple hours of my call, he was delivering it and even called me back to doublecheck that someone was there to accept the delivery! My niece has since called me to say how delicious the gourmet strawberries are and how beautiful the floral bouquet is! Thank you, Jacob!!

One of the best gift we got for our baby was this fruit bouquet! Loved it! The staff were courteous and helpful. I didn’t know the shop hours, gave order on Saturday for delivery at 4pm but got delayed from my side but they made sure to call me, message me and deliver it when I reached the shop. Great service.
